Web Designer
Design clean, photo-led websites that make local trades look as good online as they do in person.
What you'll do
- Design mobile-first websites in Figma and see them through to a built, live site.
- Turn a client's real photos and brand into a clear, trustworthy layout.
- Work closely with our developer so designs ship pixel-clean.
- Improve our design system and templates as the studio grows.
What we're looking for
- A portfolio of clean, modern web design (local or small-business work a plus).
- A strong eye for layout, type, and using real photography well.
- Comfortable in Figma and thinking mobile-first.
- Care about craft and clear communication, no ego.
Web Developer
Build fast, modern, accessible websites in Next.js and React that load quick and rank well.
What you'll do
- Build responsive websites in Next.js, React, and Tailwind.
- Keep sites fast and healthy: Core Web Vitals, accessibility, clean code.
- Implement on-page SEO basics and structured data.
- Ship and maintain client sites, and improve our internal tooling.
What we're looking for
- Solid experience with React and modern JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Know your way around performance, accessibility, and semantic HTML.
- Bonus: Next.js, Tailwind, and local SEO know-how.
- Write clean, readable code and communicate plainly.
SEO Specialist
Help local trades get found on Google, Maps, and AI search with honest, effective local SEO.
What you'll do
- Do keyword research and on-page SEO for client sites.
- Set up and optimize Google Business Profiles and local citations.
- Track rankings, traffic, and leads, and report in plain English.
- Keep up with local SEO and AI search (GEO) and put it into practice.
What we're looking for
- Hands-on local SEO experience with real results you can talk about.
- Know Google Business Profile, on-page SEO, and analytics.
- Bonus: content writing and familiarity with AI search and GEO.
- Honest, data-minded, and allergic to spammy tactics.
Graphic Artist / Illustrator
Create custom illustrations, icons, and visual assets that give client sites a distinct look.
What you'll do
- Create original illustrations, icons, and graphics for websites.
- Help shape simple brand and logo work for clients.
- Keep a consistent visual style across a project.
- Deliver clean, web-ready assets (SVG and PNG) on time.
What we're looking for
- A portfolio of illustration, icon, or graphic design work.
- A strong, adaptable visual style and attention to detail.
- Comfortable with vector tools (Illustrator, Figma, or similar).
- Reliable, collaborative, and good with deadlines.
